CHANGES

In case you wish to make a change of all or part of your order, you must fill in the corresponding form that you will receive along with the receipt of your order with all the required information.

You must send us the completed form along with the products you want to change with the courier company of your choice and fully cover the shipping costs within 14 (fourteen) days.

MONEY RETURNS

The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if the product meets the return conditions (it is not damaged, opened, etc.).
